The Sonicware SmplTrek sampler will be shipping this month. It looks pretty good. Did anyone preorder one? We’ll hopefully see some user videos soon.

I’d never heard of it before. Looks quite good from the specs and limited demo videos available on their site.

Gforce have updated their excellent Oddity VST instrument! Oddity3 has 250 new presets, some new FX (distortion and reverb) and 4 macro controls. It’s also now compatible with Apple Silica so will work on the M1/M2 Macs. Here’s a review from SynthAnatomy…

Yes looks and sounds really good. Much more capable than the Volca Sample. The only thing I don’t like is no USB port for transferring samples from a computer, needs to be done via MIDI which is a PITA.
