I’ve had my Elektron Digitone a few days now so I thought I’d test out the new Song Mode. Ended up creating this chilled out dub techno track. No live jamming on this one, just letting the song play out.

Yes, I’ve read you can use multi map to trigger different drum patches from the sound pool on one track. I’m going to try and figure this out today 🙂

Yes I’m loving it. Once you get your head around the way they’ve implemented the FM synthesis then it’s really easy to come up with new sounds. The only thing I find a bit odd is that you can’t trigger sounds using the track buttons like you can on the other Digi boxes, unless I’m missing something?
