Blush Response review and sound demo of the Elektron MachineDrum. Such a great machine that was really ahead of its time given its now over 20 years old! I wish I’d bought one before the prices soared. Anyone here lucky enough to have one?

What’s your current DAWless setup?
I’m currently using the Syntakt as the brain, with the Digitakt, SH-01A and Roland T-8. I don’t have much space at the moment so this is nice and compact. I sometimes connect a Keystep 37 to record arps and generate random patterns, it’s great for that.

Nice setup. That’s really all you need. I’m currently using TR-8S (upgraded pretty quick after buying the 6S as I wanted more tracks), along with the Syntakt and a Bass Station 2.

I’m using the Elektron Model Cycles / Samples, the Roland T-8, and an iPad running Drambo with various iOS synths at the moment. Thinking about adding a Roland JX-03 or JU-06A or another poly synth.

I’m just using Syntakt and Digitakt together at the moment. I also have a Model Samples that I use on the couch.
