I had a go tonight and, even though adding slides with Portamento and Legato do make it sound very acidic, it’s very difficult to make it sound like a real TB-303. The main problem is that in order to add accents you have to p-lock them, which means when you adjust the filter it affects the whole pattern except the p-locked trigs. Otherwise, it works really well. But if you want real acid you’re better off adding a cheap TD-3 or something.

Yes it’s a great tutorial. The Syntakt is capable of creating really nice acid lines. I couldn’t quite get there before.
